LISLE, Ill. (Nov. 8, 2023)—The Morton Arboretum has been named one of the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces for the third consecutive year. The selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey that measures 15 culture drivers critical to the success of any organization, including values, connection and appreciation, among others.
In addition, the Arboretum received the Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Work-Life Flexibility, honoring organizations that provide options for employees in how and where they work, as well as having managers who care for their employees’ concerns. It was also recognized as an outstanding woman-led organization whose most senior leader has fostered and built standout workplace cultures that perform.
“The Morton Arboretum is committed to a shared culture of collaboration, inclusion and sustainability where employees with a diversity of skills and experiences can thrive,” said Jill Koski, president and CEO. She added, “This positive recognition reflects on our talented staff and their contributions to making the Arboretum a great place to work.”
