LISLE, Ill. (November 4, 2022) – The Morton Arboretum has been named one of the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces for the second consecutive year. The selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey that measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including values, connection and appreciation, among others.
“As The Morton Arboretum celebrates its centennial in 2022, receiving this award for a second consecutive year reaffirms our staff is committed to an environment grounded in our Employee Core Values to Be Inclusive, Work Together, Take Ownership, Keep Learning, and Make the Arboretum Exceptional,” said Nancy Peske, director of human resources. “It is especially noteworthy at a time when the staff was continuing to adapt to new workplace situations resulting from the pandemic,” she added.
More information about working at the Arboretum and positions that are currently open can be found on the Employment page of the website.
