Group Admission

Discounted admission rates are available for groups of 15 or more people visiting together.

General admission for groups of 15 or more can be purchased in a single transaction. Group admission offers quicker check-in at the gatehouse and a discounted admission rate for each group member.

Group admission is available to purchase earlier than individual general admission tickets, allowing groups to plan visits far in advance.

If you are a member of The Morton Arboretum with a Morton 6 to Partner level membership, please contact the registrar’s office to discuss the most economical options for booking group admission at your membership level.

For group tickets to Illumination: Tree Lights at The Morton Arboretum, please call the ticket line at 630-725-2066. Please note that group discounts are not available for other ticketed Arboretum events.

Schedule Group Admission

Please submit a group admission request form at least two weeks before the date you plan to visit. Requests made less than two weeks in advance will not be eligible for the group discount rate, and group members will need to purchase general admission tickets individually.

Requests may also be denied due to Arboretum programming being offered on the requested date or because group reservations for that date and time have reached capacity.

Group Admission Rates

The cost of group admission varies depending on the size of the group and the ages of the group members. A nonrefundable $30 group registration fee is required, with the following discounted admission rates added for each group member:

Infant (age 3 and younger): $0
Child (ages 4 through 17): $9
Adult (ages 18 through 64): $12
Senior (age 65 and older): $11

All-Aboard Tours can be added to a group visit for an additional $45.

Refunds and Rebooking

The $30 group admission fee is nonrefundable. Group visits may be rebooked to a new date due to inclement weather.

If your group admission request is approved, you will receive an online payment link via email. Payment must be made prior to the group visit date. Any corrections to a reservation must be made through the registrar’s office.

All-Aboard Tours

With All-Aboard Tours, an Arboretum tour guide conducts a one-hour tour of the Arboretum grounds aboard your bus. Tours are a great way to get familiar with the Arboretum’s tree and plant collections, seasonal highlights, historically significant buildings, and special events.

The cost to add a tour to your group visit is $45. This fee will be applied in addition to the $30 nonrefundable group admission fee and the discounted admission rates for each group member.
